Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs) are a new type of targeted anti-tumor therapy. They combine the targeting capability of monoclonal antibodies with the cytotoxic effects of highly effective chemotherapeutic agents, primarily used for the treatment of various refractory cancers. ADCs precisely identify and attack cancer cells while minimizing damage to normal cells, thus exhibiting high efficiency and low side effects.
Currently, there are a total of 16 ADC anti-cancer drugs approved worldwide, of which 8 are approved in China, covering various types of common solid tumors and hematological cancers. The Pharmaceutical Quick Review public account has organized and updated all the approved ADC drugs both domestically and internationally as shown in the table below:
Table 1: 16 Approved ADC Drugs Worldwide

ADCs are a milestone in modern cancer treatment, perfectly combining the targeting ability of antibodies with the highly effective killing power of chemotherapeutic drugs, opening a new path for precision medicine. They not only provide new hope for patients with refractory tumors in clinical settings but also present infinite possibilities for drug developers in terms of technology and science. The potential of ADC technology is not limited to the field of cancer; it will also extend to other areas such as infectious diseases and autoimmune diseases, and will play a significant role in the direction of precision medicine in the future.
