The first step in the production of LCD mobile display assemblies is to inspect the cover plate. After non-destructive testing, it enters the conveyor belt, followed by the application of optical adhesive, CCD automatic alignment, and vacuum lamination, totaling more than a dozen processes. The current order situation is also relatively saturated, and all equipment is being debugged and optimized (debugging while producing).
