① On September 23 this year, Jinzi Ham announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fujian Jinzi Semiconductor Co., Ltd., plans to increase its investment in Zhongzheng Microelectronics by no more than 300 million yuan in two phases, acquiring no more than 20% of the equity. This strategic investment marks the company’s official entry into the semiconductor industry.

② On the evening of October 27, the company announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary had signed an agreement to participate in the B+ round investment of Zhongzheng Microelectronics (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhongzheng Micro”), and has paid a prepayment.
