at the “2025 RISC-V Industry Development Conference and
RDSA International Forum”,
Gaotou Electronics Group’s subsidiary, the Electronic Science and Technology Service Company,
signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the investment company Chengdu Open Source Computing Ecological Technology Co., Ltd.

Both parties will focus on building the RISC-V platform and scenario applications, working together to create an open source RISC-V industry incubator in Chengdu High-tech Zone, injecting “core” power into the high-quality development of the regional electronic information industry.
Currently, the RISC-V industry is at a critical stage of transitioning from technology validation to large-scale application, urgently needing high-quality industrial carriers to support innovative resources and accelerate ecological aggregation. The cooperation between the two companies is an important practice in response to the industry’s development needs. According to the cooperation plan, both parties will integrate their respective resource advantages and carry out multi-dimensional and in-depth strategic cooperation around two core directions: “enterprise introduction” and “functional system construction”, jointly building a full-chain industrial service ecosystem. In terms of enterprise introduction, a dual-driven model of “local cultivation + external introduction” will be adopted, focusing on supporting the growth of high-quality local RISC-V enterprises in Chengdu while actively attracting leading enterprises and innovative teams from upstream and downstream of the domestic and international industrial chain to settle in the high-tech zone, focusing on key areas such as RISC-V core research and development, IP design, software development, and terminal applications, accelerating the formation of industrial agglomeration effects.
In terms of functional system construction, key carriers such as RISC-V display centers, professional incubators, and industrial accelerators will be planned and constructed. Among them, the display center will focus on presenting the development history of RISC-V technology, core application cases, and industrial ecological maps; the incubators and accelerators will provide customized services for RISC-V enterprises in terms of research and development equipment, testing and verification, and market docking, creating a full-chain industrial ecological service system that integrates technology display, entrepreneurial incubation, achievement transformation, and industrial empowerment, providing full lifecycle support for RISC-V enterprises from startup to maturity.
