DTC P154A-F1: Internal Fault Diagnosis of Battery Sensor (DH3)

1. Identification Customer feedback: The vehicle’s dashboard light is illuminated, and HDS checks show a fault code, as shown in the image.DTC P154A-F1: Internal Fault Diagnosis of Battery Sensor (DH3)2. Analysis2.1. Fault Description:

  • When a fault is detected, the 12V charging system warning light and alarm are illuminated, and the DTC and freeze frame data are stored in the VCU memory.
  • The VCU establishes communication with the EBS via LIN1. If the VCU receives a fault signal (ERR_COMMON=1) from the battery sensor, it will illuminate the relevant fault light.
