Today, let’s talk about a smartwatch recommended by a fan, the Vivo Watch 3.

In terms of decorative functionality, this smartwatch is quite satisfactory and looks good.
This smartwatch is currently available in the second-hand market for around $200. In addition to standard smartwatch features, it supports an app market with about thirty to forty apps available for installation and use. It also supports Bluetooth WeChat (after connecting to a phone, you can view text, voice, and image messages, and reply with emojis, voice, or specific phrases).
The watch comes in two versions: Bluetooth and eSIM. The Bluetooth version requires a connection to a phone, while the eSIM version can be used independently after setting up the eSIM, allowing for calls and internet access. It is important to note that since WeChat is only available on the Bluetooth version, it cannot be used normally when disconnected from the phone.

The screen is a 1.43-inch circular AMOLED display with a resolution of 466×466, covered with 3D curved glass, and supports AOD (Always On Display).
The operating system is a self-developed Blue River OS, so currently, it cannot install third-party apps outside of the app market.
Basic functions include daily message notifications, making and receiving calls (when connected to a phone or after setting up eSIM), alarms, weather updates, and other essential features. In terms of health monitoring, it offers 24-hour heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring, sleep tracking, stress monitoring with breathing training guidance, women’s health features, and noise detection. For sports, it covers over 100 types, including running, cycling, swimming, jumping rope, badminton (with swing count), sit-ups, and supports AI running coaching, activity incentives, and intelligent sports mode recognition.

The battery capacity is 485mAh, with a maximum battery life of 16 days (in extreme scenarios) when eSIM is turned off, 8 days with regular use, 7 days in dual terminal mode with eSIM enabled, and 3 days in independent terminal mode.
It features Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, GPS with BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS five-mode positioning, and an independent microphone and speaker. It can serve as an NFC key for certain cars like BYD, and when connected to Vivo or iQOO devices, it can use the smart AI assistant, supporting offline WeChat payment codes and Alipay payment codes.
When using other brands of Android or Apple devices, some features may not be available.

Currently, the second-hand market price is mostly around $200, with some options available for over $100. However, those priced over $100 often have significant screen scratches, so everyone can choose based on their actual needs.
