On November 27, in the classroom of our school’s C2406 class, a special “teaching assistant” made its appearance, unveiling the mysterious veil of artificial intelligence and vividly demonstrating our school’s educational philosophy of “empowering students’ futures through technology education”.

Guided by Experts, Comprehensive Training is Within Reach
This event was personally planned and presented by our school’s specially appointed Vice Principal of Technology, Xiang Xiaojia. As an important bridge connecting cutting-edge university technology with basic education, he introduced intelligent robots into the middle school classroom, transforming abstract AI principles into vivid real-world experiences.
Under his skilled control, the robot smoothly completed a series of actions such as shaking hands and waving, and the exciting demonstration won loud applause, planting the seeds of exploration in the students’ hearts.

Hands-On Practice, Integrating Education to Enrich the Soul
Under the guidance of Xiang Xiaojia and other experts, teachers and students transformed from listeners to experiencers, taking turns to control the robot themselves.
The students operated diligently and explored boldly, successfully driving the robotic arm to complete various commands, with focused expressions and the joy of success intertwining. This is the most vivid portrayal of the “learning by doing” philosophy. The immersive interactive experience breaks down disciplinary barriers, allowing students to build scientific thinking through practice, enhance their comprehensive qualities, and achieve a two-way connection between knowledge and ability.

Our school’s Vice Principals Hu Haijun and Xiao Qianyi observed the experience on-site and interacted warmly with the students. The vigorous development of technology education in our school is supported by the research and talent resources of the National University of Defense Technology. Through resource sharing, co-construction of courses, and joint training of teachers, our school continuously deepens the integrated education mechanism, providing sustained momentum for creating a “National Defense + Technology” educational characteristic, and making technology education a prominent feature in the growth path of our students.
This “Robots in the Classroom” event was a successful technological enlightenment.
