To ensure the efficient advancement of the project, both parties have invested significant resources to build a comprehensive collaborative system. At the launch meeting, the management of Nantong Kangyuan clarified the core foundational requirements for project advancement.
General Manager Cheng emphasized two key points: first, relevant personnel from all departments must fully participate to create an atmosphere of collaboration and vertical integration, ensuring that the system implementation aligns with the actual needs of each stage; second, during the demand research phase, it is hoped that Kyber Technology can leverage the practical experience of benchmark enterprises to address the shortcomings of the existing research, making the solution more practical.

In response to customer requirements, Kyber Technology has assembled an elite team consisting of project managers, business consultants, product experts, and development engineers, who will provide comprehensive services throughout the entire process, including demand research, solution design, system development, and training, with a focus on strengthening the demand insight phase to ensure the solution accurately matches the enterprise’s needs.
Nantong Kangyuan has also established a project leadership group led by the deputy general manager, uniting core personnel from procurement, information technology, quality, process, and production departments to provide organizational support for project implementation. Both parties have jointly established a project management committee to create a regular communication mechanism and risk control system, laying a solid foundation for project advancement.

Core Demands: Anchoring “Control-Oriented” Goals to Build a Full-Chain Value System
Based on solid implementation guarantees, the management of Nantong Kangyuan further clarified the core value demands of the QMS project.
Quality Director Liao proposed a key direction: the QMS should not merely serve as a recording system but should be developed into a true “control system” that enables in-depth analysis and scientific decision-making throughout the entire process from product design to shipment. Additionally, it is necessary to achieve deep integration of QMS with MES, WMS, SRM, and other systems to break down data barriers, standardize quality processes, enhance control efficiency, reduce compliance risks, and strengthen cross-departmental collaboration and decision-making scientificity; furthermore, the system should continuously improve CRM and 8D systems, allowing quality improvements to form a reusable closed loop.

General Manager Xiao clarified the project advancement mechanism: regular weekly and monthly meetings will be held, with each meeting producing clear action items that will be tracked to ensure the project progresses steadily according to plan, avoiding process stagnation.
