Recently, the Environmental Group under the Urban Construction Group has innovatively implemented the requirements for refined urban governance, officially launching the Jin Ying World exterior curtain wall cleaning project in collaboration with partners. Utilizing AI robots as the core operational force, this project injects technological cleanliness into the world’s tallest three-tower interconnected building, helping to propel the traditional cleaning industry towards a new intelligent journey.

This project covers all exterior curtain walls of Jin Ying World A, B, C Towers, the podium, and the sky corridor in Jianye District, with a total cleaning area of 180,000 square meters. The AI robots are responsible for cleaning over 100,000 square meters, while the remaining areas are completed by a professional team. The entire construction process strictly adheres to environmental protection, safety, and cleanliness standards, ensuring that the curtain walls are free of obvious stains, dust, and water marks, achieving a bright and clean overall appearance and preventing secondary pollution.
In this project, the Environmental Group has breakthroughly adopted AI robots for operations, breaking the time and space limitations of traditional manual work—regardless of weather conditions or time of day, they can operate stably according to standardized processes, improving operational quality and efficiency while effectively reducing safety risks.
