Product Description
The VG254M is a low-cost, highly integrated 2.4GHz wireless transceiver SoC, integrating a transmitter, receiver, frequency synthesizer, GFSK/FSK modem, and microprocessor on-chip.
1. The VG254M transmits GFSK/FSK signals, with a maximum transmission power of 8dBm. The receiver adopts a low intermediate frequency structure, achieving a sensitivity of-92dBm@1Mbps / -86dBm@2Mbps. The on-chip integrated transmitter-receiver FIFO register caches data. The digital baseband communicates via a 4 line SPI interface and built-in MCU. To extend battery life, the chip reduces power consumption at all stages, with a minimum current of 5uA while maintaining register values.
2. The VG254M integrates an 8 bit OTP microprocessor, utilizing CMOS technology, providing customers with significant advantages of low cost and high performance.
The VG254M uses SOT-16 packaging.
