Software Introduction

Multisim is a Windows-based simulation tool suitable for the design of board-level analog/digital circuits. It includes graphical input for circuit schematics and hardware description language input methods, with rich simulation analysis capabilities.

Installation Steps1. Select the downloaded 【multisim12】 software compressed package, right-click and select 【Extract to multisim12】.2. Double-click to open the extracted 【multisim12】 folder.3. Select the 【NI_Circuit_Design_Suite_12.0.exe】 file, right-click and select 【Run as administrator】.4. Click 【OK】.5. Click 【Unzip】 to extract.6. Click 【OK】.7. Click 【Install NI Circuit Design Suite 11.0】.8. Return to the previously extracted 【multisim12】 folder, select 【keygenfull.exe】, right-click and select 【Run as administrator】.9. Click 【Generate】, then click 【Copy】.10. Enter any name, select the blank space after 【Serial Number】, right-click and select 【Paste】, then click 【Next】.11. Click 【Browse】 to change the installation path, it is recommended to install it on a disk other than C drive, then click 【Next】.12. Click 【Next】.13. Click 【Next】.14. Click 【Next】.15. Select the 【I accept the above 3 License Agreement】 option, then click 【Next】.16. Click 【Next】.17. The software is being installed.18. Click 【Next】.19. Click 【Restart Later】.20. Return to the previously extracted 【multisim12】 folder, select the 【keygenfull.exe】 file, right-click and select 【Run as administrator】, then click 【Create license file…】.21. In the pop-up window, open the 【multisim12.0】 folder (refer to the path from step 11), enter 【key】 in the file name field, and click 【Save】. (You can save it anywhere as long as you can find it; saving it in the installation package directory is convenient for later use)22. Click 【OK】.23. Select 【Ultiboard PowerPro Edition】, then click 【Create license file…】.24. In the pop-up window, enter 【key1】 after the file name, then click 【Save】.25. Click 【OK】.26. Click the 【Start Menu】 bar, find and open 【NI License Manager】.27. Drag the 【key.lic】 and 【key1.lic】 files from the 【multisim12】 folder into the 【NI License Manager】.28. Click 【Yes】.29. Click 【Yes】 and close this software.30. Open the previously extracted 【multisim12】 folder, right-click the 【Chinese-simplified】 folder, and select 【Copy】.31. Open the Start Menu in the lower left corner, find the 【Multisim 12.0】 software icon and drag it to the desktop to create a desktop shortcut.32. Right-click on 【Multisim 12.0】 on the desktop and select 【Open file location】.33. Find and open the 【stringfile】 folder.34. Right-click in the blank space and select 【Paste】.35.
