As we enter the fourth quarter, the Mianyang Yanting PCB Industrial Park is filled with a surging passion for “rapid development and seizing every moment.” Zone A has achieved success, and Zone B has embarked on its journey, showcasing a strong trend of “dual-zone advancement and rapid growth,” injecting powerful momentum into the high-quality development of Yanting’s industrial economy.
On November 18, reporters entered the construction site of the PCB Industrial Park project in the Yanting Economic Development Zone, where a scene of vigorous construction greeted them. The standard factory buildings in Zone A, which have completed their main structure, along with projects like Lidiya, stand tall, outlining the initial grand profile of the park; on the other side, construction in Zone B has just broken ground, with construction machinery roaring, marking the beginning of a new chapter in the park’s expansion.

The project manager, Yin Huabin, informed reporters that they are currently conducting site leveling for Zone B, which is expected to be completed in early December. Following this, they will proceed with the pile foundation and main construction, with the overall project expected to be completed by June 2027.
It is understood that the PCB Industrial Park project covers an area of approximately 159 acres and consists of four clearly defined functional plots. Multiple high-standard Class B factory buildings and complete supporting service facilities will be newly constructed. Currently, the fastest progressing Zone A has begun to take shape, with internal masonry, plastering, and installation works underway. Meanwhile, the supporting infrastructure, including park access roads, rain and sewage pipelines, and 383 parking spaces, is also being constructed at a rapid pace. The commencement of construction in Zone B marks the beginning of a new phase of comprehensive construction and accelerated development for the entire industrial park.
Li Jinwei, an engineering management officer from Zhonglai Group, told reporters that they are scientifically scheduling construction efforts using a “reverse scheduling and battle map” approach, implementing multiple work fronts and cross-process advancements to ensure seamless and efficient coordination between the renovations in Zone A and the earthworks and foundation construction in Zone B. Their goal is clear: to fully commit to maintaining progress, quality, and safety, ensuring that this industrial land can be delivered on time and to high standards, providing a solid platform to help Yanting build a new highland for the electronic information industry.
When the industry thrives, the county thrives; when the projects are strong, the momentum is sufficient. The entire county of Yanting is adopting a “decisive battle” posture and a “victorious” confidence, treating the construction of major projects like the PCB Industrial Park as the main battlefield of economic work, focusing on resource assurance, optimizing service processes, and gathering collaborative efforts to sprint towards the fourth quarter with the “acceleration” of project construction, ensuring an excellent report on the annual economic and social development.
