

German technology companyNEXOS and Qunhe CR-3D have jointly developed the “FieldRack” mobile 3D printing system, which can enter disaster areas or conflict frontlines with soldiers to directly produce tactical components. This system is mounted on the ROVO electric all-terrain chassis produced by Hawi Matro, which has the ability to move flexibly in rugged terrain and can be quickly deployed where troops are needed. FieldRack meets the instant manufacturing needs of the battlefield and disaster areas through 3D printing technology, producing weapon accessories, protective devices, and other tactical equipment on-site, reducing logistical pressure and enhancing response speed, adapting to the special needs of disaster relief and conflict zones.
This system is developed in collaboration with multiple German companies, combining the flexibility of 3D printing with the adaptability of a mobile platform. The ROVO electric all-terrain chassis ensures its passability in unstructured terrain, enhancing the mobility of operations and rescue missions. FieldRack supports the direct production of required parts in complex environments, shortening supply chain cycles and improving the self-sufficiency and sustained combat capability of frontline troops.
