Exploring the Frontiers of AI and Robotics: Insights into an Intelligent Future

The “Mother of AI” Fei-Fei Li is starting a new venture focused on world models and spatial intelligence. Elon Musk uses a “world model simulator” to enable cars and embodied intelligence to understand the world. While embodied robots are thriving, what is preventing them from entering real-world scenarios?

With these curiosities and questions about the AI industry, on the afternoon of November 21, 2025, Yang Xiaoning, founder of Zifeng Capital and mentor of the Yangtze MBA alumni, led an artificial intelligence group to visit Zifeng Capital’s invested companies, Jijia Technology and Lingxin Qiaoshou, initiating a Beijing AI learning journey focused on cutting-edge technology. From exploring general intelligence in the physical world to innovative breakthroughs in dexterous machinery, and deep exchanges of ideas, we touched the pulse of the AI industry and decoded the infinite possibilities of technology commercialization during this journey.

01

First Stop: Jijia Vision

Pioneers of General Intelligence in the Physical World

The afternoon’s itinerary began at Jijia Vision. As a technology company focused on general intelligence in the physical world, Jijia Vision aims to “create an ‘Open AI’ for the physical world and become the ‘Apple’ of the humanoid industry,” with a strong presence in humanoid robots and general intelligence.

We were also honored to have Mao Jiming, co-founder and vice president of Jijia Technology, share insights with the students. During the exchange, the team gained a deep understanding of Jijia Vision’s core technology matrix—based on the “Gigaworld world model,” they launched their own “drivedream” and Gigabrain in the fields of intelligent driving and embodied intelligence. Their technology not only enables humanoid robots to make autonomous decisions and perform dexterous operations but also demonstrates commercial potential across various scenarios, including industrial and service sectors. The humanoid robot prototype showcased on-site, with precise motion control and intelligent environmental interaction, allowed us to intuitively feel the breakthrough of general intelligence moving from the laboratory to industry.

Second Stop: Lingxin Qiaoshou

Innovative Breakthroughs in “Dexterous Hand” Technology

Next, we arrived at Lingxin Qiaoshou, a company that embodies the philosophy of “Dexterous Hands Create Everything,” making significant strides in the field of key components for humanoid robots, particularly the “dexterous hand.”

During the technical sharing session, we were honored to have Zuo Jiaping, co-founder and vice president of Lingxin Qiaoshou, explain in detail the six major challenges in the development of the “dexterous hand”: from extreme compression of size and weight to balancing degrees of freedom and cost, and breakthroughs in perception and control intelligence… Each technical challenge is a key driver for the practical application of humanoid robots. The on-site demonstration of the “dexterous hand” prototype was truly impressive—its fine finger operations and realistic force feedback simulation showcased new possibilities for human-robot collaboration.

Idea Collision: The Present and Future of AI Industrialization

The day’s visit was an “immersive experience” of technology and a “deep collision” of ideas. From Jijia Vision’s layout in general intelligence to Lingxin Qiaoshou’s component innovations, we observed two key paths for AI to take root in the physical world: either create an ecosystem-level technology platform or focus on key component breakthroughs.

This Beijing AI learning journey was not only a technical visit but also another practice of Zifeng Capital’s “deep cultivation in the AI industry + ecological linkage.” We firmly believe that the value of cutting-edge technology will ultimately blossom in industrial implementation; and continuous learning and exploration are the core driving forces for us to uncover value and connect resources.

Yangtze MBA Alumni Mentor Program

The Yangtze MBA Alumni Mentor Program was officially launched in 2016 as one of the distinctive learning methods of the program. The MBA project invites senior alumni with rich practical experience and industry resources from various sectors to serve as mentors, providing life wisdom and professional guidance to current MBA students, and offering diverse learning and development opportunities for participants.
