On November 24, the criminal enforcement intelligent supervision system (referred to as ‘AI Robot’) introduced by the Guzhang County People’s Procuratorate was officially put into use at the county detention center. This system has been integrated with the comprehensive monitoring of the detention center, conducting intelligent recognition and early warning for abnormal situations in key areas.
“Previously, monitoring relied entirely on manual observation, which was time-consuming and labor-intensive. Now, the system can automatically ‘stand guard.'” A technician demonstrated on-site that the system can quickly scan for various abnormal situations such as physical conflicts and prolonged loitering using intelligent algorithms. During the demonstration, an inmate was seen lingering at the door of the cell for an extended period, triggering a real-time alert from the system, which simultaneously retained key frame evidence, completing the entire process automatically.
It is understood that the implementation of this criminal enforcement intelligent supervision system is an important practice for the Guzhang County People’s Procuratorate to deepen the ‘stationed +巡回 + technology’ prosecutorial supervision mechanism. It is also a key measure for the procuratorate to build the ‘Guzhang Prosecution + Digital’ work brand and promote the transformation and upgrading of criminal enforcement prosecutorial work.
In the next step, the procuratorate will further streamline operational processes based on the actual needs of criminal enforcement supervision, supplementing and adapting functions as needed according to changes in supervision scenarios, making intelligent tools more aligned with grassroots supervision realities, and contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of criminal enforcement supervision work.
