On November 14, 2025, the 10th PCB Enterprise Environmental Safety ESG Forum was successfully held in Shenzhen, gathering industry elites to jointly outline a green blueprint. As a council member of the Guangdong Circuit Board Industry Association, Huitong Huacheng was invited to attend the conference, discussing with industry peers how PCB companies can achieve energy conservation, carbon reduction, and efficient operations through technological innovation under ESG goals.
During the conference, Huitong Huacheng introduced its ongoing exploration in the field of PCB energy conservation. Based on the rich experience accumulated from benchmark projects such as Shennan Circuit, the company launched a new generation of AI intelligent control system that combines “digital twin + artificial intelligence” to provide new ideas for the green upgrade of process plants.
The core of this system is to build a “smart brain” that can perceive, analyze, and make decisions. Through digital twin technology, it achieves full-process visibility and simulation prediction, and uses AI algorithms for adaptive optimization and control, aiming to comprehensively enhance the energy utilization efficiency, environmental control accuracy, and operational management intelligence level of PCB factories, directly addressing the industry’s core pain points in environmental protection, cost, and ESG performance.
This forum was not only a collision of ideas but also reflected Huitong Huacheng’s continuous attention and technological investment in the industry’s green transformation.
