As far as I know, the SD to CF card adapter significantly affects the transfer speed; it can be used, but it is definitely not recommended.
WiFi SD cards are not a new technology; they were launched several years ago but did not become popular. The main reason is that early products were slightly more expensive than ordinary cards, and the operation was quite cumbersome, requiring various complicated settings and the installation of related software, which could easily frustrate users. It was more convenient to use a computer to copy files.
However, the second generation of WiFi SD cards (Toshiba, Easy Share) are very simple to operate; no software installation is needed, and you can download directly via WiFi connection.
If you are buying now, do not buy the previous generations; buy the latest fourth generation, as the generation directly affects the transfer speed. (Different generations have different packaging and appearance for the WiFi card).
The WiFi card essentially establishes a mobile hotspot; when the mobile phone turns on WiFi and connects to the corresponding hotspot, photos can be transmitted.
Whether or not the WiFi SD card is supported is unrelated to the camera; as long as the camera supports SD cards, it can support WiFi SD cards. However, it requires the corresponding APP software to be installed on WiFi-enabled devices such as mobile phones and computers.
