In the figure, IN represents the module input signal, generally sourced from the vehicle brake sensor’s original signal, OUT represents the module output signal, which is the signal after fault injection. The simulator adopts a high-speed FPGA + DSP design scheme, capable of real-time acquisition of the IN signal, implementing fault operations such as short circuit, open circuit, offset, scaling, stalling, disturbance, and lag on the input signal. All fault conditions are triggered by the bus, facilitating precise time control and real-time feedback of fault states, accurately grasping the moments of fault injection and execution. Additionally, the module is designed with external signal interfaces to inject noise, high-frequency disturbances, and other special waveform signals.
