Yesterday, I wrote an article about understanding upper-level planning, and unexpectedly it attracted some barking. I really don’t understand, is it a bit brainless to spray at me?
The article didn’t provide any specific advice on buying houses, nor did it mention any specific projects; it was all about understanding the planning and realization of the sector. Everyone has different opinions; I write mine, and if you don’t like it, you can unfollow. I truly don’t care about the C-end traffic that lacks awareness.
The most ridiculous thing is that every time they can’t argue back, some people come up with, “You are an agent trying to sell houses.” These brainless people can’t understand human language or read text. Being an agent is not shameful, but the key issue is that I am not an agent at all.
I personally think the article is quite objective. The overall planning and realization of Xianghu Binjiang are indeed not as good as Chaoyang and Jiulong Lake. Isn’t this an objective fact recognized by most people? Moreover, it is a fact voted with real estate prices!
The second logic is that when the market was rising, the price increase in upstream sectors would bring in external customers, and the nearby downstream sectors would also see a simultaneous increase in volume and price. But now, during the market downturn, the focus is on improving customers, and this external pricing logic is gradually disappearing. Everyone is using the average price of the sector as a benchmark to make price differences, rather than focusing on the project prices of upstream sectors.
Let me say it again, I am not criticizing Xianghu Binjiang. Of course, Xianghu Binjiang in Nanchang County can be bought; I live in the Economic Development Zone myself, so how could I say this sector cannot be bought? But the fact is that the supporting facilities and value of this sector are indeed not as good as the two upstream sectors. I also think the Economic Development Zone is quite close to Honggutan, but my personal feelings do not change the objective gap that exists.
The First Affiliated Hospital and the Xianghu Hospital area are great, but who would go there specifically for a serious illness? The elementary education indeed does not have schools that can compare with the two upstream sectors, and this is also a fact. Of course, you might think education is not important, and that you won’t have children in the future, so education doesn’t matter, but this is just personal awareness and cannot change the objective fact of the current school district binding value in Nanchang.
Even more magical is that some people come out and say, “Jiulong Lake is just that dead, so much has been invested, but house prices haven’t risen.” I agree with this point, but it does not affect what I originally said about the planning and realization of the sector. I did not say Jiulong Lake is bad, but it is indeed better planned and realized than Xianghu Binjiang.
In the end, the objective facts are right in front of us, yet some people insist on closing their eyes and barking wildly. Since you love living in your own fantasy so much, why come here to make yourself uncomfortable?
