Last summer, some students entered enterprises and institutions to experience specific work; some students traveled through neighborhoods and rural areas to engage in social research; some students participated in educational support initiatives through online and offline channels… Let us listen to their stories together and share those colorful summer memories.

From July 7 to August 13, 2025, I participated in summer practice at Shenghong Technology in Huizhou, Guangdong, working in the business center. During this period, I engaged in practical work related to PCB-related business, covering the learning of the production processes of PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) and HDIs (High-Density Interconnects), assisting in drafting various levels of business trade contracts for PCBs/HDIs, participating in client communications with OPPO (Dongguan) and TCL Huaxing (Shenzhen), and following up on client onboarding, order forecasting, and other business processes, solidifying my professional practical skills.
This two-month practice was a precious, colorful, and highly meaningful learning experience for me, and it was a wonderful journey. I am also grateful that as a student of the Law University, I successfully completed my learning tasks.

“Victory is assured, grand plans unfold.” This is the core philosophy of Shenghong Company, a leader in the PCB industry in China. I was fortunate to practice in such an excellent company, during which I accomplished five tasks to meet the practical requirements of the Law University:

Firstly, as a business student, I thoroughly learned the production processes of PCBs and HDIs, identified the 206 “bones” of the electronic production line, successfully illuminated part of the engineering skill book, and received recognition from the deputy general manager.
Secondly, working in the business center, my specific job was to draft different business trade contracts for PCB and HDI orders of various levels and categories, and to engage with clients as the party B to establish connections.
The company headquarters is in Huizhou, Guangdong, but I also visited OPPO (Dongguan) and TCL Huaxing (Shenzhen) to communicate and learn from the business and commerce departments of both companies, and created a complete business mind map process, greatly broadening my horizons.
Thirdly, during the practice, I represented China University of Political Science and Law to participate in a financial debate competition at the Shanghai Futures Exchange and achieved third place. Shenghong provided me with financial and knowledge support, which helped me accomplish the fourth task.
Fourthly, I diligently mastered trade terms (FOB, CIF, and D-level trade terms), MATLAB software learning, and Genesis business personnel operation guidelines, and created corresponding mind maps.
Fifthly, finally, I learned how to generate profits for the company, which means direct contact with clients. In this part, I had profound insights; whether it was OA (Office Automation), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), client onboarding, or the series of processes in order tracking and R&D, the culture of drinking and the philosophy of the business negotiation team at school well expressed my feelings: “Winning is just a temporary victory; embracing is the vast ocean of business.”

Reflections
The green mountains do not speak, yet witness all footsteps. From being at a loss when facing the business list as a beginner, to being able to independently follow up on TCL’s sample testing; from the embarrassment of not understanding stock topics, to being able to submit a report recognized by my supervisor during trade term training, every step is infused with the hard work of predecessors. The sincerity displayed by General Yan during negotiations with Sister Lan taught me that rebuilding trust requires grounded repair; the flowchart drawn by senior colleagues explaining the differences between FOB and CIF terms made the tedious clauses clear and tangible. These silent nurturings, like the clear spring deep in the green mountains, quietly nourish the roots of growth. I am so fortunate to encounter such a group of “guardians of the mountains” willing to guide the younger generation at the beginning of my career; they made me understand that true professionalism is not just a pile of skills, but the responsibility and warmth hidden in the details.

Peach blossoms fade easily, yet leave a fragrant path. Those intense discussions in the conference room, the lights on late at night in the office to finish reports, and Sister Lan’s encouragement during the TCL exchange saying “young people should run more” have all become the most vivid colors in my memories. I once felt frustrated for causing rework due to a mistake in the shipping order, but a senior’s words “if you make a mistake, correct it, and remember it next time” taught me to take responsibility; I also felt elated during international trade term training for thoroughly understanding a clause, and this pure sense of achievement is more touching than any praise. These seemingly small moments, like the blooming and withering of peach blossoms in the mountains, though brief, are profound, teaching me the essence of business work — to be as precise as the terms and as warm as interpersonal communication.
Now the crane has spread its wings, and the green mountains and peach blossoms have become the scenery behind me, but the strength settled in my heart has never faded. What Shenghong taught me is not only the details of PCB parameters and the division of responsibilities in trade terms but also the honesty in facing mistakes, the persistence in restoring trust, and the dedication in pursuing professionalism. These spiritual treasures are like the green mountains I carry with me; no matter where I fly in the future, they will provide me with steady support; and those warm memories are like the seeds of peach blossoms, which will bloom new fragrances in new soil.

This journey may be long and far, perhaps it will be difficult to replicate the purity and enthusiasm of this time, but I will carry the resilience bestowed by the green mountains and the warmth gifted by the peach blossoms, continuing to move forward on the path of professionalism. I believe that when I look back years later, this period will leave not only words on my resume but also a professional character integrated into my blood — to ensure that every choice is guilt-free and every step forward is grounded, this is the best response to this encounter with the green mountains and peach blossoms.
Please ride the horse of ideals and set off from here. The spring scenery is just right, and the sun is shining bright. Students of the Law University, keep it up!
