On November 20, Gao Ling, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference and head of the Provincial Sensor and IoT Industry Chain, visited Xi’an Zhongxing Control Co., Ltd. for research and attended the Provincial Sensor and IoT Industry Chain Work Meeting. The meeting discussed the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Provincial Sensor and IoT Industry Chain Work Team presented a work report, and relevant departments from Xi’an and Baoji cities, as well as leading enterprises, exchanged speeches. Relevant research institutes, financial institutions, and enterprises conducted on-site supply and demand matching.
Chairman Gao pointed out the need to clarify development goals, align with the latest deployments of the plenary session, further plan the “14th Five-Year” development plan for the industry chain, and actively integrate into the national development framework. It is essential to strengthen technological innovation, leverage our province’s educational and scientific resources, improve the integrated mechanism of production, education, research, and application, promote the integrated development of the industry chain with the innovation chain and talent chain, and enhance the self-controllable level of the industry chain. We must adhere to market orientation, strengthen industrial linkage, deepen scenario applications, and assist in the deep integration of the real economy and the digital economy. We should enhance the leading role of key enterprises, fully utilize the role of leading enterprises in driving the coordinated development of upstream and downstream enterprises, and improve the overall competitiveness of the industry chain. Finally, we need to optimize service guarantees, with government departments and the industry chain work team enhancing service levels, strengthening policy support, and promoting the quality and efficiency of the sensor and IoT industry chain, providing strong support for building a modern industrial system with Shaanxi characteristics.
