1. After extracting, open the folder and click on the first file

2. Right-click to run as administrator

10. Run as administrator

11. Right-click and check all options

12. Drag these two from the start menu to the desktop

13. Then localize, copy this

14. Open the file location

15. Find this folder and paste

16. Start immediately

17. After opening, if there is no component library, do not double-click to open during runtime, right-click to run as administrator to access it
