Abstract:Intelligent environmental monitoring robots can integrate various sensors such as carbon dioxide sensors, temperature and humidity sensors, harmful gas sensors, laser dust sensors, and infrared modules to achieve real-time monitoring of multiple environmental parameters including CO2 concentration, air temperature and humidity, harmful gases, PM2.5 concentration, and PM10 concentration, thereby replacing manual monitoring and data collection.
Recently, Huiwen Technology was invited to participate in the Asian Robotics Intelligent Sensing System Application Conference, where several companies showcased innovative technological solutions in the sensor field, such as AI-based sensor data analysis platforms, multi-sensor fusion technology, bionic and biohybrid technology, robot scene adaptation technology, navigation and control technology, and tactile and force sensing technology.
Among them, artificial olfaction is an important application area for sensors in intelligent robots. Electronic noses can endow embodied intelligent robots with artificial olfaction similar to that of animals. An array of various gas sensors can effectively monitor the surrounding environment. The environmental monitoring system can accurately, timely, and comprehensively reflect environmental parameters and trends, providing a scientific basis for environmental management and decision-making, widely applied in daily production and life.
For example, strict monitoring and control of the environment are required in places such as greenhouse planting sheds, industrial sites, storage warehouses, and factory workshops. However, traditional environmental monitoring systems face issues such as single monitoring targets, fixed usage scenarios lacking flexibility, and insufficient depth of data processing, leading to an inability to accurately reflect real-time environmental parameters.
In response to the above situation, a multi-scenario intelligent environmental monitoring robot based on multi-sensor combination applications can replace manual inspections while providing multi-target environmental monitoring or multi-point detection of the same target. It can be flexibly applied in various locations, replacing humans in hazardous environments to collect environmental parameters, while also enabling remote real-time monitoring of environmental parameters. If the monitored environmental parameters are abnormal, an alarm will be triggered to prompt the operator to take countermeasures, timely eliminating hazardous factors in the monitoring area.
