Steps to Use a Drone

1. Unbox and check that all items are present.

2. Before takeoff, ensure that both the drone and the remote control batteries are fully charged.

3. Connect the drone and remote control, then connect your phone.

4. Launch the “DJI GO APP” and register an account.

5. Press the power button once, then long-press the power button; you will hear a prompt sound indicating that the drone has started.

6. First, turn on the power and remote control, connect your phone, then launch the “DJI GO APP” and calibrate the compass.

A drone, also known as an “unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV),” is an aircraft operated without a human pilot on board, using radio remote control and built-in programmed control devices.

Drones can be used for police work, urban management, agriculture, geology, meteorology, electricity, disaster relief, video shooting, aerial remote sensing surveying, plant protection, construction project monitoring, etc. Here are some common applications:

1. Aerial Photography. The most common application, mainly using drones for photo and video shooting, which requires high compositional skills, and video shooting requires mastering flight control techniques related to lens usage. 2. Aerial Remote Sensing Surveying. A specialized application. Drones equipped with various sensors capture optical or remote sensing images of the ground, primarily used to obtain remote sensing data for various industry data analysis. Using oblique photography technology, three-dimensional models of the ground can also be established for surveying and 3D presentation. 3. Plant Protection. Agricultural application. Mainly using fixed-wing drones or 6.8 rotor drones equipped with pesticide spraying devices to perform agricultural plant protection tasks, focusing on technical flight route planning. 4. Power Inspection. Electrical application. Using multi-rotor drones for inspecting power lines or equipment. 5. Construction Project Monitoring. Using drones to monitor the external structure of buildings under construction, combined with 3D imaging technology to monitor construction quality.
