Jiang Qinyu,a student from the 2024 class of the Embedded Engineering Program, specializing in IoT applications, graduated from Meishan Experimental High School, and registered Sichuan Hongshu Zhichuang Technology Co., Ltd. (a sole proprietorship) in June this year, embarking on his entrepreneurial journey based on his chosen field of study.
Upon entering university, the rich curriculum of the IoT application program opened the door to the world of technology for Jiang Qinyu. The strong faculty of the School of Intelligent Engineering and the clear, in-depth professional teaching quickly solidified his core knowledge in hardware and software design, as well as embedded development; while the diverse innovation and entrepreneurship activities at the school ignited his passion for transforming theory into practice. “If the knowledge learned in class only stays in books, it will never realize its true value.” With this belief, Jiang Qinyu took the initiative from his freshman year, actively participating in various professional competitions and skill enhancement projects.
In the second semester of his freshman year, he leveraged his solid foundation and innovative thinking to achieve numerous honors, including the third prize in the Deyang Challenge Cup (provincial competition), third prize in the Computer Works Competition (provincial competition), third prize in the College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (provincial competition), and second prize in the school competition, accumulating valuable project experience in the process. As he entered his sophomore year, he continued to advance steadily towards “technical deepening,” successfully obtaining the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s Information Security Management Certificate. In the “Industrial Technology Collection and Edge Control” project of the Belt and Road and BRICS Skills Competition, he won the second prize in the provincial competition and the third prize in the national competition, and also secured the third prize in the AI Intelligent Trainer (provincial competition). Each certificate and trophy not only recognized his professional abilities but also became his “confidence” on the entrepreneurial path.
In June 2024, bolstered by both professional knowledge and competition experience, Jiang Qinyu officially registered Sichuan Hongshu Zhichuang Technology Co., Ltd. (a sole proprietorship) and embarked on his entrepreneurial journey. Combining his expertise in IoT applications, he focused the company’s core business on PCB schematic outsourcing services, covering hardware and software integrated design and development outsourcing. With precise technical solutions and efficient execution capabilities, he helps clients significantly reduce project duration and time costs. Today, the company’s client base is steadily increasing, forming a stable source of income, and the entrepreneurial project is gradually getting on track.
When discussing his entrepreneurial motivation, he initially just wanted to apply the knowledge learned in class to solidify his skills through practical projects, laying a foundation for future work. This simple motivation, under the careful guidance of professional teachers, gradually evolved into a firm entrepreneurial belief. “The professional teachers are like my second parents; they have given me a new path and are my guides in life.” Jiang Qinyu expressed, especially noting that the encouragement and guidance from teachers Wang and Gao helped him gradually understand the core logic of market demand and customer service while participating in the school’s innovation and entrepreneurship salon and competitions. It is this bond between teachers and students, along with professional support, that has allowed him to walk more steadily and further on his entrepreneurial path.
From a seeker of knowledge on campus to a practitioner in the market, Jiang Qinyu exemplifies the true meaning of “unity of knowledge and action.” His entrepreneurial story is not only a vivid reflection of the achievements in cultivating talent in the IoT application program but also inspires more students to base their pursuits on professionalism and soar with innovation, bravely chasing their dreams on the track of youth.
