Recently, reporters visited the dust-free workshop of Jiefi Mijia (Hubei) Technology Co., Ltd., where the assembly line for touch LCD modules was operating at high speed, with mechanical devices precisely completing processes such as bonding and testing. With the rollout of industrial-grade touch panels, Yidu’s industrial touch screen production has achieved a “zero” breakthrough, injecting strong momentum into the high-end electronic components industry chain.

Li Chunbao, the general manager of Jiefi Mijia (Hubei) Technology Co., Ltd., stated: “The company mainly engages in the design and production of large-sized industrial touch screens. We settled in Yidu in February last year and officially started production in September. As of now, the output value has reached 5 million yuan, and it is expected to reach 25 million yuan by the end of this year.”

Within the company’s 7,000 square meter modern factory, 12 fully automated production lines have established a production matrix ranging from 2.5 inches to 100 inches, strictly adhering to the quality control standard of “point-like particles smaller than 0.03 millimeters,” which is only one-third the diameter of a human hair. As the first industrial-grade touch screen production enterprise in Yidu, its product line covers core components such as touch active pens, individual touch screens, and control chips, with terminal applications spanning over 30 fields including smart home appliances, medical devices, and airport security systems.

“To meet the requirements for refined production, we have built a dust-free workshop. The white panels undergo 27 processes including washing, etching, and printing, ultimately resulting in touch panels that meet quality standards,” said Wang Zhen, the production workshop director.

Jiefi Mijia focuses on the TLI full bonding process, achieving seamless integration of the touch screen and display through OCA solid optical adhesive technology, with light transmittance exceeding 92%. The products have successively obtained certifications for the European and South Korean markets, relying on independently developed key components such as touch active pens and control chips, forming a “screen – chip – pen” technology closed loop.
