TenAC™-C NS556
Achieves high-end and high-precision gears
As follows:
Excellent dimensional accuracy and stability: It can enhance the static accuracy, roundness, and boss cylindricality of gears that require dimensional stability and accuracy, as well as the dynamic precision needed during actual use. This effect is expected to be particularly significant for large diameter gears and helical gears.

Dynamic Precision
High rigidity and durability: Compared to general copolymers, the elastic modulus is about 150%, but it also possesses durability. Excellent torsional resistance: It can reduce the longitudinal lines in thin-walled or uneven-walled molded products and suppress boss collapse and core deflection. It also effectively suppresses sink marks in molded products. High thermal rigidity: The deflection temperature under load is 124°C (1.8 MPa load). As a result, it is possible to shorten the cycle during the molding process.

TENAC™-C TFC77, EF850 is a conductive material that can replace metals used for grounding and contact, reducing costs by integrating parts and eliminating secondary processing steps.
TenAC™-C TFC77 is a material that combines high electrical conductivity and sliding performance by using two types of special carbon in a polyacetal resin while mixing lubricants that do not suppress conductivity. The features of TenAC™-C TFC77 are as follows.
Excellent electrical conductivity, with a volume resistivity of 100 to 101 Ωcm. It can achieve a smooth molded surface, resulting in stable resistance values. By adding sliding properties, it also exhibits stable resistance values even after operation and stopping.

Additionally, TenAC™-C EF850 is based on a high-flow polyacetal resin and uses a special carbon black design to prevent static electricity. It has good electrical conductivity and high flowability (MFR: 15 g/10min (190°C) at a load of 2.16 kg).
