The XL2417D chip is a cost-effective, highly integrated 2.4G SoC chip from Shenzhen Xinling Technology Co., Ltd., featuring a high-performance 2.4GHz RF transceiver, rich baseband functionalities, a 32-bit MCU, and various peripheral I/Os.The rich peripheral devices include a 10-channel general-purpose ADC, power-on reset (POR), low voltage reset (LVR), UART/I2C, and up to 11 GPIOs.The XL2417D supports 128KB of flash and 8KB of RAM, enabling programmable protocols and configurations.

The operating voltage range of the XL2417D is 1.7~3.6V, with extremely low power consumption in both Tx and Rx modes, a standby mode of 4.8uA, ensuring a long lifespan in battery-powered systems while maintaining excellent RF performance. The device can enter an ultra-low power sleep mode, where the contents of registers and retained memory are preserved when the low-power oscillator and sleep timer are active.

The XL2417D is suitable for various application scenarios, including HID applications, voice remote controls, motor control, lighting control, wireless sensor networks, and anti-loss applications.
