The Nanjing Shenou CommunicationSOCKT642softswitch scheduling system is based on the NGN (Next Generation Network) architecture, featuring a modular design, supporting SIP protocol, and possessing high reliability, flexible scalability, and multi-service integration capabilities, effectively addressing challenges in coal mine communication such as cross-regional scheduling, multi-system linkage, and safety control, providing reliable communication support for production safety and efficiency improvement.

1. Basic Communication Requirements: The system should have high stability,ensuring normal operation under high concurrent call conditions while being compatible with mainstream telephone networks and communication protocols. Existing administrative office analogtelephonecommunication equipment in the coal mine needs to be integrated into the operation, ensuring smooth communication between underground workers, above-ground dispatchers, and office personnel from various departments.
2. Safety Scheduling Requirements: Support strong insertion, strong removal, monitoring, and other scheduling commands to meet emergency command scenarios; recording functions should cover all calls for post-event tracing. The core telephone system adopts dual-machine hot backup,ensuring the system can continue to operate normally in the event of a main server failure.
3. System Integration Requirements: Seamlessly connect with underground gas monitoring, video surveillance, and broadcasting systems to achievean emergency response mechanism of “one-click trigger, multi-system linkage.”

4. Easy Management and Maintenance: Provide an intuitive management interface for administrators to configure and manage the system, while also having comprehensive monitoring and logging functions,facilitating fault diagnosis and system optimization.

Core Layer: Deploy2sets of ShenouSOCKT642 explosion-proofsoftswitch equipment, one main and one backup, supporting load balancing,ensuring the reliability of the scheduling system.The system supports major functions such as call control, resource allocation, protocol processing, routing, authentication, billing, etc., while providing rich telecom-grade call features, IP voice, video, electronic fax, conferencing, recording, IVR, TTS, Radius billing, and a variety of value-added services, and offers programmable capabilities to third parties.
Access Layer: Configure1 set ofSOT600-IADvoice gateway (analog gateway), integrating the coal mining company’s office analog phones into theIP network; deploy 1 SOD8280 touch screen dispatch console as the dispatch operation center, which is equipped with full-call voice, selective call voice, and video phone, and has a one-click emergency call function.
Terminal Layer: Deploy IP phones in the above-ground office, and connect intrinsically safe analog phones underground through couplers, with terminals registering to the softswitch host via the IP network.
