Project Background
Focusing on the field of ultra-precision 3D printing, we are developing equipment based on light-curing materials, with a minimum line resolution of 2 microns, and a printing accuracy of up to 10 microns when combined with experimental materials, filling the gap in the domestic high-precision 3D printing equipment market.

The team has deep expertise in 3D printing, motion control, and precision measurement, with outstanding technology and holds multiple core patents and software copyrights.
Product Introduction and Features
High Precision and High Resolution
Can print tiny, complex heterogeneous structures that are difficult to achieve with traditional manufacturing processes, such as microchannels with a diameter of 300 microns (for petroleum research clients).

Minimum precision: an array of micro-needles with a quarter width of a human hair (80 microns) (for biomedical detection and beauty industry).

Substrate Packaging Equipment
Minimum photolithography line width of 2 microns, comparable to Nikon’s DSP-100 in Japan, designed for large-area advanced packaging.

Carrier size 600X600. Compared to traditional 12-inch wafer packaging, efficiency can be improved by 9 times.
