To quickly enter work roles and help group members fully familiarize themselves with the industrial situation in the jurisdiction,on November19-20, 2025, the Zhenjiang IoT Industry Science and Technology Town Mayor Group organized the 18th batch of members to conduct focused research in relevant streets, parks, and enterprises, with the participation of responsible persons from relevant streets and enterprises.
The research team successively visited the Dayu Zhigu Industrial Park, Zhihui Technology Center, Wanma Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park, Huawei Innovation Center, and other venues. The operational leaders of these venues introduced the current status, investment policies, and future development plans, helping members quickly familiarize themselves with the situation in Jingkou and laying a solid foundation for future technology investment work.

The research team also visited key enterprises such as Guoneng Jianbi Power Plant, Zhonglin Xinminzhou Port, China Grain Reserves Zhenjiang, Sop Group, Sohu Zhenjiang, Xinhang Tongfang, Zheng Tian Agriculture, Huitong Group, Jiahuan Education, and Modern Shipbuilding to gain an in-depth understanding of the industrial development in Jingkou District and the technological and talent needs of enterprises.
At Guoneng Jianbi Power Plant, Chief Engineer Gao Hongyu led the research team to visit the exhibition hall of the power plant, watch a promotional video, and gain an in-depth understanding of the development history in terms of personnel, technology, and configuration. During the meeting, Gao Hongyu introduced the relevant technologies and data systems currently used at Guoneng Jianbi Power Plant, and both parties engaged in in-depth exchanges on technological innovation and talent introduction, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.

At Sop Group, the research team visited the enterprise’s digital control center, provincial laboratory, and other facilities to understand the production process. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on technical challenges and research hotspots during the production process, expressing their intention to further discuss related technical issues in the future.

At Huitong Group, the research team learned about the company’s development history, visited the current production line, and exchanged ideas on optimizing related processes. During the meeting, members of the Science and Technology Town Mayor Group expressed their commitment to actively recommend highly compatible and specialized college graduates to the company to address current recruitment challenges.

At Zhonglin Xinminzhou Port, Xu Haiping, Chairman of Jiangsu Xinminzhou Port Co., Ltd., warmly welcomed the research team and provided a detailed introduction to the development history and future prospects of Zhonglin Xinminzhou Port; the other party discussed the talent needs of the enterprise, ensuring effective talent recommendation services in the future.
