【Introduction】
Recently, I have been writing programming learning materials for Huichuan PLC, verifying the data acquisition function of Huichuan EASY521 PLC for analog voltage.

We added an expansion card on top of the PLC, supporting two channels of analog voltage acquisition. After studying the user manual, I wrote the following program.
The PLC data acquisition is done through a structure variable to obtain the voltage data from channel 0, which is then processed through normalization and scaling instructions to display voltage data in the range of 0~10V.

【Notes】
Currently, the Huichuan PLC programming software, AutoShop, does not support scaling data conversion to floating-point numbers, so precision will be lost. In Siemens TIA Portal software, programming for S7-1200 PLC supports floating-point data after scaling, as shown in the figure below.

【How to Solve Floating Point Display Issues in Huichuan PLC?】
Solution 1:
Use instructions such as FLT, INT, DEMUL, DEDIV to program it yourself. It would be even better if it can be encapsulated into a function block (FB).
