Sony LYTIA-901 has finally arrived, featuring a 1/1.12-inch super large sensor and approximately 200 million effective pixels with a pixel size of 0.7μm.

Additionally, starting from this generation, Sony’s image sensor naming convention has changed again, with the third generation flagship from the 9 series “IMX989” → “LYT-900” → “LYTIA 901”. Future products will uniformly adopt LYTIA (product number) for naming, similar to Qualcomm Snapdragon chips, which is quite confusing. Hopefully, the next generation won’t change again;
