Hello everyone, I am Teacher Pan from Lefang, a tech enthusiast who enjoys working with long and sleek gadgets.
After reading yesterday’s article, some students asked what efforts their peers made to join humanoid robot companies. Today, we will take a detailed look at the entire process.
This student, referred to as Student A, joined our Lefang team in June 2022 to systematically learn finite element simulation. At that time, due to his master’s supervisor, he urgently and blindly sought a job in heavy machinery design to leave school as soon as possible.
As we can see, after signing up, our student never stopped learning. He worked hard, whether it was from Ansys Workbench to Hypermesh, and then to APDL, etc.Time went on until 2024, when our student finally felt that his current salary was too low and not suitable for his development, so he sought employment guidance from the principal and Teacher Pan. (Master’s degree, 8K/month for 3 years, our student is indeed very perseverant
I wonder how much hardship he endured in school.)
This is a screenshot from October 2024, where our student first participated in a live employment guidance session with the principal and Teacher Pan.After the guidance, our student began to revise his resume and prepare his portfolio, with the most important part being the personal design manual and portfolio preparation (which took our student 5 months to complete).
During this period, our student received interview invitations from top companies like SMIC, offering a tempting monthly salary of 25K. Of course, some companies offered 10K salaries. Given that our student’s simulation skills were already very good, Teacher Pan did not let him make an immediate decision.
After six months of preparation and effort, our student ultimately chose to join a domestic Top 3 humanoid robot company. From being a novice in simulation to becoming a CAE expert, our student has never stopped pursuing and learning technology. The teachers of our Lefang team have always been there to support him. However, students should also note that in addition to improving technical skills, they should actively discern different industries and companies. From an employment perspective, the three key factors in job selection are:
- Industry development prospects
- Company development prospects
- Product development prospects
As long as one of these three factors is not favorable, you will suffer after entering the industry. Additionally, many students prefer to quit their jobs before finding a new one. Teacher Pan’s advice is: do not do this. Because this year, many people are struggling to find jobs; isn’t it better to have someone support you? Moreover, there is an old saying: tread carefully, as if walking on thin ice. What does this mean? Regardless of whether your current job is good or bad, whether you are satisfied or frustrated, you must think about one thing: if you no longer want to work at this company, where will the next one be?People can easily lose themselves in favorable circumstances and forget the dangers. This is why you are so surprised when unexpected events occur. We welcome more engineers to join us at Lefang and become leaders in CAE; the next one on the list will definitely be you!Lefang Education has been engaged in CAE teaching for 5 years, with over 7,000 students, including 324 high-salary students. Many students have doubled their salaries; we welcome everyone to learn together. If you need a resume template, feel free to contact the teaching assistant:
