High Parallel Testing of Mobile PMIC in WLCSP Package
In this article, we introduce the high parallel testing of mobile PMIC in WLCSP package. During this process, we illustrate the testing of a small chip that integrates a lithium-ion charger, a micro USB interface controller, RGB, and LED drivers. We also compare and explain the test results from the Eagle and IG-XL platforms. Finally, the article presents the testing scheme for the audio module of the 16-bit ADC/DAC in the PMIC.
You will learn:
1. The internal components and working characteristics of PMIC
2. Basic understanding of WLCSP package debugging tools
3. Comparison and relationship between Ultraflex and Eagle testing
