CI1122 is a dedicated AI chip launched by Qiying Tailun for edge intelligent voice applications, featuring an embedded RISC-V high-performance processor core from Chipone Technology, based on Qiying Tailun’s independently developed BNPU for intelligent voice, and includes a high-performance low-power Audio Codec module. Aipute Microelectronics APT32F1/7

APT32F102/F110/F172 is a 32-bit high-performance and high-reliability microcontroller developed by Aipute Microelectronics based on the RISC-V CPU core (T-head Xuantie E series), aimed at applications in home appliances and portable devices.

APT32F706 is a new 64-bit dual-core general-purpose MCU based on RISC-V, developed using the latest RISC-V 64-bit processor core released by T-head, with a maximum operating frequency of 600MHz. The small core part is T-head E902 (32-bit), providing high-performance heterogeneous multi-core computing capabilities.

Huami Technology Huangshan 1/2

Huami Technology has released the world’s first artificial intelligence chip in the wearable field, “Huangshan 1.” This chip is developed based on the RISC-V instruction set architecture, with a main frequency of 240MHz, a 55nm process, and integrates an AON (Always On) module controller and a neural network acceleration module.

Huangshan 1 not only has low power consumption but can also automatically transfer sensor data to internal SRAM, making data storage performance faster and more stable. Yuefang Technology BF-2 Xijiao

The Telink TLSR 9 series integrates a 32-bit RISC-V MCU (Crisp D25 core), with a standard version running at a maximum speed of 96MHz, supporting a 5-stage pipeline, with a computing capability of 2.59 DMIPS/MHz, and a CoreMark score of 3.54/MHz.
