03Project Goals
To develop a cloud platform target tracking control module based on Huawei Ascend 310 Atlas.

04Specific Requirements
1. Call the cloud platform manufacturer’s development package to use Python/C/C++ for basic configuration setting debugging, image/video acquisition, and cloud platform control.
2. Use the SDK/API on the Huawei Ascend 310 Atlas to call existing AI models to achieve tracking and image capturing of specific targets (moving targets such as people/cars), requiring collaboration with existing team members to develop tracking algorithms.
3. Push the captured images of people and vehicles to the designated server’s receiving port via a network interface (zeroMQ) in a publish-subscribe mode.
4. The entire control module should be developed using Python/C/C++.

1. Acceptance date: July 31.
