Recently, leading domestic sensor manufacturerKeLi Sensor announced that it has completed an investment of tens of millions in Zhishen Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. through the Ningbo Sensor Valley Venture Capital Fund, jointly established with the well-known private equity fund Shidai Bole and the state-owned assets of Jiangbei District, Ningbo.
KeLi Sensor’s entry is not surprising. As one of the listed companies with the most diverse range of sensors in China, KeLi Sensor has long been a “veteran” in the robotics sector. It has previously invested in AI therapy health robot company DeYi Machines, humanoid robot developer Kepler Machines, and tactile sensor startup YuanShengXianDa Technology, among others. This investment is another forward-looking layout by KeLi Sensor in the direction of “multi-physical quantity fusion sensors + robotic applications,” which will help strengthen its synergy in the fields of robotic sensors, embodied intelligence, and smart equipment, accelerating the construction of the “sensor forest.”
In addition to the industrial fund under KeLi Sensor, Tianyancha information shows thatZhiyuan Robotics has also recently become a shareholder of Zhishen Technology. As a star enterprise in the current robotics circle, Zhiyuan Robotics is “fully operational,” continuously expanding its ecosystem. The latest market data shows that it has invested in 15 early-stage projects, achieving an annualized return of 8 times; jointly established nearly 20 new companies; and just partnered with Hillhouse Capital to create a multi-billion yuan embodied intelligence industry fund, launching the “Zhiyuan A Plan”—the first entrepreneurial acceleration plan focused on the embodied intelligence industry chain, aiming to incubate over 50 high-potential early-stage projects within three years and build a trillion-level industrial ecosystem.
The ability to attract both KeLi Sensor and Zhiyuan Robotics, two major industry players, indicates the solid strength and development potential of Zhishen Technology.
