Development of UV Disinfection Box Control Board and PCBA Solutions
The UV disinfection box control board is primarily used in disinfection boxes, utilizing UV light for sterilization. UV light, or ultraviolet light, has a wavelength range of 10 to 400 nm, which is the electromagnetic wave between X-rays and visible light. Ultraviolet light can quickly kill bacteria, making it suitable for disinfecting personal items such as masks, toothbrushes, mobile phones, jewelry, and glasses.
The UV disinfection box control board developed by Hui Lian Hua Xin has the following main features:
1. 3-digit digital display for sterilization time;
2. Lid detection (unidirectional Hall switch detection);
3. Two tactile switches: KEY1 for mode selection; KEY2 for power on;
4. Two 3535 packaged UVC LEDs for sterilization;
5. Two 2835 packaged purple ambient lights;
6. Buzzer alarm;
7. Powered by MICRO-USB.
