The AVCON Embedded Portable Command Video Dispatch Console is a highly integrated portable network communication device. The device features an integrated wheeled suitcase design, with an IP54 protection rating in transport mode, a total weight of less than 22kg, and can be carried by a single person or transported by vehicle, ready for operation upon deployment. It includes dual main control modules, integrating a dispatch console and command dispatch terminal, equipped with high-definition folding triple screens, a central control touchscreen, and keyboard and mouse, utilizing an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) design that supports a wide voltage range of 90~264V and lithium battery power supply, with automatic switching between mains and lithium battery power. It meets the needs for visual command and dispatch applications in all scenarios.

The entire system integrates commonly used command video terminals, dispatch consoles, audio-video matrices, telephones, microphones, speakers, networks, lithium batteries, and other modules, meeting common application needs for video command dispatch, video switching, voice communication, display control, audio source grouping, telephone monitoring, information display, and information recording.

One-Button Power On

Supports one-button power on/off for the main control, with all functional modules able to link for power on or off. It also supports independent power on/off for the command terminal, dispatch console, video matrix, audio matrix, router module, telephone module, wireless microphone, built-in camera, and other modules.

Seamless Integration

Supports registration to the fire image comprehensive management platform, presenting on the platform’s image resource tree, allowing the command center to directly dispatch terminals for two-way audio and video calls and dual-stream data sharing. Terminals can also access authorized image resources within the platform and view them.

Centralized Control

Integrates a touch control screen with an 8.8-inch display, featuring matrix switching, 4-screen split control, display mode control, audio switching, intercom PTT, dialing, keyboard switching, and battery level display functions.

Voice Access

Supports incoming and outgoing telephone calls, compatible with voice devices such as mobile phones, landlines, and satellite phones; can integrate various formats of digital trunking, analog trunking, shortwave, and ultra-shortwave into the system for voice communication with handheld devices in wireless trunking systems.

Multi-Network Access

Supports access to 5G networks, satellite networks, MESH networks, and command dispatch networks, with support for multiple VPN protocols (including L2TP, IPSec, VPN, APN); can provide outbound network access for office computers, printers, etc., at the forward command post.

Multi-Service Display

Features a folding triple-screen design with a 15.6-inch LCD screen, resolution of 1920×1080, allowing flexible switching of images across three displays, which can simultaneously show on-site video dispatch, GIS maps, and business dispatch screens, and supports projecting designated screen images to the large screen system at the forward command post as needed.

Multi-Channel Backhaul

Supports transmitting any 4 channels of images back to various command centers under 1Mbps bandwidth conditions of satellite networks, with image resolution not lower than 1080P, ensuring stable and smooth video quality.
