Due to the urgent exhibition schedule, the equipment needed to depart from Lin-gang High-tech Zone on September 3, while the assembly work was only completed on the morning of September 2.
Upon learning of this situation, the management committee of Lin-gang High-tech Zone immediately activated the “emergency response mechanism,” promptly arranging the bonded affairs department and other departments to urgently connect with Yueyang Customs to open a “green channel.”
Through rapid response and coordination between customs and the site, after the equipment was assembled, the inspection personnel from Yueyang Customs immediately rushed to the production site to conduct local inspections, achieving a seamless connection of “inspection and clearance upon production completion,” ensuring that all inspections for the 27 commercial cleaning robots were completed before the departure deadline, successfully embarking on their journey to the exhibition in Germany.
