
Recently, the ore terminal company’s smart ecological robot project successfully completed debugging and has entered the operational phase. This robot performs co-track operations with the stacker-reclaimer on the BDQ6 track, achieving a full-link intelligent closed-loop management of the bulk cargo yard with “perception-decision-execution-optimization”.

Smart Prediction Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction
Relying on integrated atmospheric monitoring equipment and AI algorithms, it real-time integrates environmental temperature, humidity, wind speed, and wind direction data from the yard, accurately predicting the moisture content on the surface of the cargo pile, and automatically generating the optimal spraying plan to reduce water and energy waste from the source, practicing a low-carbon concept.

Smart Adaptation Efficient Dust Reduction
The folding spray arm can intelligently adjust its deployment posture according to the height of the cargo pile, achieving full coverage and no dead angles in spraying, ensuring dust reduction effectiveness while avoiding repeated operations. It also integrates traditional water sources and crusting agent spraying operations, adjusting tasks according to commands for efficient optimization.

Smart Expansion Diverse Empowerment
The robot has the capability for fully autonomous operation without human intervention. In addition to the smart spraying function, it is equipped with interfaces for cargo pile scanning, belt inspection, and industrial monitoring, allowing flexible adaptation to different operational needs. By replacing multiple traditional manual operations with a single device, it reduces redundant equipment investment and lowers energy consumption, achieving multiple values of smart integration and low-carbon efficiency.

The deployment of this robot marks a new stage of intelligent and low-carbon dust suppression in the bulk cargo yard of the Jing-Tang Port area, providing strong support for Tangshan Port Co., Ltd. to accelerate green port construction.
