The Shenou SOC9000 programmable exchange supports domestic military soft seats and magnetic relays, fulfilling the military’s communication needs for monitoring, forced disconnection, and forced insertion, ensuring high confidentiality. The system operates 24/7, with monitoring at the port level, achieving “capillary-level” digital operation and maintenance, with second-level alarm monitoring, remote access to device interfaces, remote packet capture, and continuous monitoring of problematic devices. Scheduled tasks, upgrades, log and configuration backups, reboots, and port releases can be programmed for operation and maintenance. Networking services include 1+n remote disaster recovery, automatic synchronization of number changes across the network, and ensuring that network failures at any node do not affect calls between other nodes.

The built-in account system supports 10,000 accounts, allowing users to log in to their accounts from any port on the exchange. Charges can be deducted based on account level and deposit balance. Independent passwords for accounts can be modified by users, ensuring account security.
● Voice Navigation Function
The built-in dedicated digital signal processor supports 128 segments of voice and multi-level voice navigation functions, enhancing user experience in complex voice navigation scenarios.
● Signaling Monitoring Function

The system uses a super-large capacity Flash call record storage system, capable of storing up to 2 million independent call records even without a computer switchboard. In the event of a sudden power outage, the digital programmable exchange will automatically stop sending call records to the switchboard. Thanks to the non-volatile nature of Flash, data remains intact for up to ten years after a power loss on the mainboard. Even if the mainboard is damaged, as long as the Flash chip is intact, the call records can be retrieved using specialized equipment, ensuring that call records are never lost.
● Functionality as a Gateway
Due to the various relay interfaces, this exchange supports complete E1 relay signaling, such as NO.1, NO.7, PRI, etc., and integrates VOIP relays, providing users with multiple networking options. The connection methods are diverse, including voice interconnection between digital relays (or VOIP) and loop relays, as well as between digital relays (or VOIP) and digital relays (or VOIP).
● Remote Maintenance
Users can connect via the Internet or through E1 for semi-permanent connections, enabling remote programming, real-time monitoring of calls, cost inquiries, and software troubleshooting, providing timely solutions to user concerns.
