Recently, the Electrical Instrumentation Workshop collaborated with the Materials and Equipment Department to invite senior technical experts from Siemens to successfully hold a week-long “PLC Automation System and Operations Maintenance Specialized Training”. All technical backbones of the Electrical Instrumentation Workshop participated, effectively solidifying their professional foundation through systematic learning of cutting-edge core technologies, providing strong talent support for ensuring the long-term stable operation of production equipment.
It is reported that this training was conducted entirely by Siemens experts, closely aligning with the actual operations maintenance on-site, covering key modules such as automation system principles, S7 series and Smart system configuration, inverter applications, programming and debugging, WinCC configuration, industrial network setup, and common fault diagnosis, thereby constructing a complete knowledge chain of “theory—operation—troubleshooting”. The training innovatively adopted a three-dimensional model of “theoretical explanation + case analysis + on-site demonstration”. Experts explained technical principles, combined with typical cases from the production site, and finally transformed abstract knowledge into intuitive, actionable skills through equipment hands-on demonstrations, significantly enhancing learning efficiency. During the interactive session, participants actively asked questions and discussed difficulties encountered in daily work, such as equipment stalling and parameter anomalies, with the experts. The experts analyzed each issue and provided effective solutions. Participants expressed that this training not only systematically enhanced their technical understanding but also taught them a wealth of “immediate application” practical skills.
Through this training, not only was a high-level learning platform established for technical backbones, but it also significantly enhanced the team’s comprehensive capabilities in automation system management, operations maintenance, and rapid fault handling. Moving forward, the Electrical Instrumentation Workshop will take this opportunity to continuously improve the application and operation maintenance level of PLC systems, constantly refine the talent training mechanism, and inject continuous technical momentum into the healthy development of the company.
