The 101C maintenance at Xijiang Power Plant has officially commenced!
On September 23, Yunfu Company held a mobilization meeting for the 101C maintenance at Xijiang Power Plant, attended by over 60 participants including Deputy General Manager Li Yundong, department heads, and representatives from maintenance units.
During the meeting, the Equipment Management Department first introduced the main tasks and objectives of this maintenance; the Power Generation Department stated that it would strictly implement the “Two Tickets” system, standardizing and enforcing isolation safety measures to ensure maintenance safety; the Comprehensive Management Department pledged to fully support party building publicity, fire protection, and logistical support; the EHS Department conducted a safety briefing and led participants in a safety pledge to further enhance safety awareness; representatives from the maintenance and repair units expressed their commitment to ensure the successful completion of the maintenance tasks.
Subsequently, General Manager Li awarded the “Maintenance Pioneer Team” flag to five maintenance teams and delivered a mobilization speech. He acknowledged the preparatory work before the maintenance and outlined the requirements for this maintenance work: first, strictly adhere to safety protocols, rigorously implement the “Thunder Action” requirements, focus on preventing personal injuries, and resolutely eliminate habitual violations such as high-altitude and lifting operations; second, strengthen quality control, strictly execute quality process cards and document packages to ensure the long-term stable operation of the unit after maintenance; third, strictly control the schedule, orderly advance all tasks according to plan, and achieve timely grid connection of the unit.
This maintenance is the first C-level maintenance since the commissioning of Unit 1 at Xijiang Power Plant, with a planned duration of 30 days, covering multiple specialties including machinery, furnace, electricity, heat, and chemical processes, with a total of 604 maintenance items, of which 19 are key control projects.
