Fifth Session Class Visits Xinyuchuang Technology: Unlocking Chip + Practical Insights into Consumer Electronics
On November 16, under the leadership of Guo Jun, Vice President of the Bao’an District Federation and Head of the “Ignite Learning” Fifth Session Class, the class, filled with curiosity and exploration about the consumer electronics industry, visited the “Shenzhen Xinyuchuang Technology Electronics Co., Ltd.” led by Group Leader Lu Xiaoyun. This marked the successful conclusion of a “practical learning journey” focused on chip selection and solution development. From core business breakdowns to hands-on experiences, from expert Q&A to student interactions, every segment was packed with valuable insights, leaving everyone wanting more!

Three Core Segments, Tangible Gains
1. Valuable Insights: Understanding “Adaptation Ratio is More Important than Cost”
Lu Xiaoyun, the person in charge of Xinyuchuang, broke down the core business: on one hand, ensuring a stable supply of chips for smart vacuum cleaners, fascia guns, etc., while selecting the right processors; on the other hand, developing hardware and software solutions that can turn designs into prototypes in 1-2 months. He also provided examples of the adaptation logic for beauty devices with “ultrasonic atomization + wireless charging” and laser radar for vacuum cleaners, which the students noted down.

2. Hands-On Experience: Moving Beyond Theoretical Discussions
In the product area, everyone had the chance to try out the smart vacuum cleaner (observing obstacle avoidance planning), fascia gun (experiencing force adjustment), and beauty device (examining module integration). One student remarked, “I didn’t realize that even a regular fan has a chip solution for AI wind speed!”

3. Clarifying Doubts: More Interaction Between Experts and Students
Students asked, “What to do if there is a chip supply interruption?” and “What are the differences in customer demands between Jiangsu/Zhejiang and South China?” The corporate team shared practical strategies for inventory management and localized services; students also discussed potential cross-industry collaborations, broadening their perspectives.

Students said: This trip was worth it!“I finally understand what chips are and how to use them,” “I gained a real sense of hardware-software integration, which inspired my work,” “Learning knowledge while connecting with classmates is super cost-effective.”

From the classroom to the enterprise, the Fifth Session Class learned about the logic of the industry frontline this time. We will continue to unlock more practical learning opportunities and grow together in the future!
