To improve the management system in the construction sector and enhance the standardization of project management, the Industrial Engineering Department has comprehensively reviewed and systematically compiled relevant regulatory documents based on actual business practices. After multiple rounds of discussions and revisions, the “Compilation of Regulatory Documents in the Construction Sector” has been officially completed.
The compilation covers four core sections
01 Workflow
Clarifying key approval processes for projects, land, housing construction, electricity, etc.,
to ensure standardized connections at all stages.
02 Construction Management
Refining on-site management standards and responsibilities,
covering key aspects such as safety production, engineering quality,
and dust control.
03 Cost Management
Integrating multi-level cost management policies from the city, district, and group,
strengthening cost control,
and enhancing investment efficiency.
04 Data Statistics and Storage
Standardizing data reporting and project
storage protocols to provide
accurate data support for management decisions.
Recently, the Industrial Engineering Department has initiated the dissemination of the regulations and specialized training to promote the implementation of the compiled content.
The compilation further clarifies management interfaces, optimizes workflows, and streamlines business processes, aiming to achieve “one manual in hand, all processes clear.” Next, the Industrial Engineering Department will continue to promote dynamic optimization of the regulations and their regular implementation, ensuring that all regulations are practical and effective, providing a solid institutional guarantee for the efficient advancement of projects.
