This solution utilizes a XuanZhi SPD1179 SoC and seven YaoXin Micro’s AKG4N058GM-A domestically produced automotive-grade MOSFETs to achieve full domestic chip production. One of the MOSFETs is used for reverse polarity protection, while the remaining six are configured to form three half-bridges. The system block diagram and PCBA photos are shown below.

▲ PCBAThe SPD1179 is a domestically produced, highly integrated system-on-chip (SoC) microcontroller that meets functional safety ASIL-B standards, launched by XuanZhi Technology. It features a 32-bit high-performance ARM Cortex-M4F core with a maximum clock frequency of 100MHz, and includes ample memory space, comprising 128KB Flash, 32KB SRAM, and 1KB EEPROM. Additionally, the SPD1179 offers the highest level of integration in the industry, including a 13-bit high-speed SAR ADC, 2 channels of PGA, 2 analog comparators, 3 phase comparators, a BEMF voltage divider circuit, current-mode pre-driver (excellent EMC performance), multiple LDOs, LIN transceivers, and a rich set of interfaces including CAN and CAN-FD.The YaoXin Micro AKG4N058GM-A is a domestically produced automotive-grade MOSFET, packaged in DFN5X6, with a Vds of 40V and Rds of 5.8mohm.The automotive electronic water pump controller can achieve the reciprocating motion of the pump diaphragm by controlling the operation of the motor, thereby compressing and stretching the air within the pump chamber. Under the action of a one-way valve, positive pressure is formed at the pump outlet, and a vacuum is created at the water intake, resulting in a pressure difference with the external atmospheric pressure, allowing water to be drawn into the inlet and expelled from the outlet. The controller can monitor and adjust the working state of the water pump in real-time, ensuring that the pump always operates at optimal performance, thereby improving the cooling efficiency and lifespan of the automotive thermal management system.
