High-Precision 3D Attitude Measurement System – D Series
Product Introduction
JL-D series three-dimensional dynamic electronic compass integrates a 9-axis inertial measurement unit, including a three-axis accelerometer, three-axis gyroscope, and three-axis magnetic sensing technology.
Utilizing the high dynamic angle characteristics of the gyroscope and the high stability characteristics of the accelerometer, the dynamic inertial navigation algorithm derives the pitch and roll angles that follow complex attitude changes. The magnetic azimuth angle uses hard magnetic and soft magnetic calibration algorithms to eliminate the influence of magnetic fields in environments with magnetic interference. The central processor calculates the heading in real-time, and dynamic pitch and roll angles provide dynamic heading compensation over a wide range, ensuring that the compass can provide accurate heading data even at tilt angles up to ±85°.
The product supports various serial communication interfaces such as RS232, RS485, and TTL. The compass can operate stably for long periods in harsh environments. It is compact and low power, making it suitable for integration into high-precision control systems, and is widely used in fields such as unmanned aerial vehicles, antenna stabilization, tower crane anti-collision, and directional navigation system integration.
