Project Overview:
Intelligent Wall Plastering Robot
In response to the current labor shortage in the construction industry, safety hazards in manual construction, low efficiency, and unstable quality, we have independently developed an intelligent wall plastering robot that can replace manual labor for wall mortar/plaster spraying and leveling operations. It occupies a small footprint, making it convenient for entry into elevators and other narrow spaces; it has a large working range, with a construction height of up to 3.2 meters, capable of working on both internal and external corners. It can autonomously navigate and recognize the construction environment. It can work continuously on its own or be operated remotely via a mobile phone. The construction efficiency is 30 square meters per hour, with a thickness error of less than +5mm, and both flatness and verticality meet industry standards.

Multi-Degree-of-Freedom Hydraulic Joint Robotic Arm
Utilizing our independently developed blade-type swinging hydraulic cylinder as joints, we have created a hydraulic robotic arm with a high load-to-weight ratio. It can be applied in special scenarios requiring high load capacity, low weight, water resistance, and oil resistance.

Self-Service Throat Swab Sampling Robot
This self-service sampling method avoids accidental harm to the sampled individuals. The robot is cost-effective, with high sampling efficiency and safety. It automates the entire process of swab supply and sample collection, requiring no staff intervention during the sampling process. The sampling efficiency is approximately 30 seconds per person, with material replenishment taking less than 30 seconds.
